Car Park Ventilations

We offer AIR FLOW DAMPERS for use in car park environments for both ventilations control as well as smoke extraction and fire control purposes.

Tested to maintain stability and integrity for 2 hours.

DAMPER TYPE : D653M (WELDED) with Internal Blade Interconnection Linkage

CONSTRUCTIONS :

• 1.5mm galvanised steel welded flanged casing 250mm deep complete with 50mm flanges
• 2mm galvanised steel top hat section inner frame
• 1.5mm galvanised steel Single Skin 'V' profile blades
• Parallel blade action
• Stainless steel side seals
• ½″ diameter electroplated mild steel spindles
• Brass bushes
• Internal blade interconnection linkage
• Complete with ½″ diameter extended drive spindle
• Single drive module sizes up to 1200mm X 2400mm

OPTIONS :

• Flanged one face only, to allow insertion into wall opening or flat slab opening
• Inboard drives to allow easy access to ACTUATORS
• Bird mesh fitted to DAMPER face to prevent access to moving blades / linkage
• Double Skin 'V' profile blades
• Double Skin aerofoil profile blades
• Supply and fitment of electric or pneumatic ACTUATORS
• Fitment of LIMIT SWITCHES
• Flange drilling to suit customer requirements
• Manufactured entirely in 304L or 316L Stainless Steel (Bushes - BRASS or OILITE)
• Casings manufactured to allow grilles/floor grid to be integrated into the DAMPER
